Phytocytol™ BLM     

A solution based on polyols rich in Baicalin MM, Luteolin MM and Myricetin MM.  Allows for easy incorporation into formulations.  Exhibits strong anti-tyrosinase activity and has excellent skin tolerance.

(Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Extract)

A trihydroxyflavone extracted from chamomille, an antioxidant and calming agent.

 

Baicalein 95 MM & Baicalin 95 MM                                                                        
(Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract)   

Purified root extracts titrated in baicalin or baicalein.  Anti-oxidant, anti-allergic, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory activities reported.  Powerful lipoxygenase inhibition and scavenging activity.

 

Luteolin 98 MM (Citri Reticulata Peel Extract)
(Citrus Reticulata Peel Extract) 

A tetrahydroxyflavone, powerful protective and anti-inflammatory agent reported to reduce the level of the mediators responsible for inflammation reaction.

 

Myricetin 90 MM  
(Myricetin) 

Hexa-hydroxyflavone.  Potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant reported to protect DNA, to inhibit release of interleukins and advance glycation of collagen to suppress the secretion of matrix metallo-proteinases, and to inhibit 5a-reductase.

 

Puerarin 80 MM 
(Pueraria Lobata Root Extract) 

An isoflavone glucoside extracted from the well-known Chinese plant, "kudzu."  A prodrug of daidzein, described as an antioxidant and an inhibitor of protein glycation.  

 

Silymarin 
(Silybum Marianum Fruit Extract)

Composed of 3 isomers: silybin, silidianin and silicristin.  Traditionally used for the treatment of hepatic disorders, Silymarin has been used for its free radical scavenging activity.
